We aim to dispatch all orders on the day of receipt. Orders received after 2pm (UK time) will normally be dispatched the next working day, subject to when the order is received, its size and busy periods, when it might take a couple of days longer. If the delivery date is critical please put an appropriate note on your order.
The delivery charge will be shown on your order and is calculated based on destination, weight and dimensions of the packages/packages.  Quantities under 5m are normally folded; quantities over 5m will usually be rolled on tubes.
Our UK administrative and warehouse teams work with our partners in the Netherlands to manage all the customs paperwork and the logistics. This means our customers in the EU who have the national equivalent of a British VAT (Value Added Tax) number e.g  TVA (France), IVA (Portugal), MWSt (Germany), will not be faced with any additional charges, from us, or our couriers, and should receive their fabric within approximately 5 days. Delivery charges, however, still apply and these are notified on your invoice.
Customers who  are not registered for tax will incur Duty and VAT charges in the country of destination and will be liable for payment of them to the courier before goods can be delivered.

Orders, securely packaged, delivered by Pongees van to our showroom for collection, will incur a charge of £5, plus VAT. Orders collected from our headquarters will incur a charge of £3, plus VAT.Â
