Our Shoreditch showroom is a much loved, welcoming and informative space to buy fabrics, as testified by more than 400 5* Google Reviews. We welcome customers from every sector of our industry, including established and fledgling designers, costume makers, seamstresses and students, as well as the public.
In a relaxed atmosphere visitors can look through our hangers and gain invaluable advice from our expert staff, who are always ready to help, if needed, with fabric and colour choices for a specific design.
Orders for samples or meterage can be placed during a visit and for those urgent requirements, swatches are available to take away.
The showroom is also a unique order collection hub available to all our customers.
The Pongees van makes daily deliveries to the showroom of orders fulfilled at our Dartford headquarter, arriving early afternoon.
Generally all orders are despatched for next day delivery; same day delivery to the showroom is possible for those super-urgent requests (subject to when the order is received, its size and busy periods).
To collect your securely packaged order from the showroom – in person or by your courier company – costs £5, plus VAT. Orders can also be sent onwards from our showroom to your studio by our designated courier.
We have samples of our greatly reduced end of rolls or discontinued lines available, as well as a basket of fabric packs, ideal for project work.
