Taffeta is best known for the soft rustling sound it makes when handled. This fabric, with its shiny, lustrous appearance, is offered in a variety of weights. At 93gsm, this is our midweight taffeta; we also have fabrics at 71 and 130gsm. Taffeta is frequently sourced for ball gowns, wedding dresses, corsets, skirts, jackets and ties, as well as, curtains, wall hangings and cushions.
